Jesse Ahmann is a professional film and live theatrical composer with original compositions on YouTube as the “Montana Cellist.” Credits include the feature film Manifest West, and shorts; Nereye – Where To, Mirror, and Dichotomy. He has performed as principal cellist for numerous symphonies across the Northwest, and also performed at Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center. He was a featured artist on National Public Radio’s (NPR’s) “All Things Considered.” His musical credits include performances throughout Europe, Asia, and South America. Closer to home, this sixth-generation Montanan performs with jazz, rock, and bluegrass groups across the Northwest and appears on countless independent recordings.
